Established in 2025, Y&H was founded on a simple philosophy: do good work, take responsibility, and treat people with kindness and respect.
Our team brings extensive experience in geotechnical and civil engineering, including more than 8 years of professional experience working on projects throughout the Greater Vancouver area. We have a strong focus on practical problem-solving, technical excellence, and clear communication. Our Professional Engineers (P.Eng.) are registered with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC), and Y&H holds an EGBC Permit to Practice (Permit No. 1006034).
We work closely with our clients, contractors, architects, and other project partners to understand the unique challenges of each project. Our goal is to provide engineering solutions that balance technical requirements, constructability, cost, and long-term performance.
Whether we are supporting a new development, assessing an existing property, or helping resolve a site or construction issue, we approach every project with the same level of care, responsibility, and attention to detail.
